i was almost impressed by the trendy lounge but then found the pillows horrendous—actualy gave me a backache! the breakfast selection was pitiful too, just sandwiches. i expected at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but clearly, i was just another average guest. could have been 5 stars, but now? definitely not.

Couple cozy retreat
We had a nice stay in 'The Cozy' room. The space was cleverly organized, which allowed us to make the most out of it. The rain shower was an unexpected delight, a little piece of luxury after a long day. The staff welcomed us like family It was genuinely refreshing to see a place prioritize both design and sustainability.
The prices weren’t exactly pocket change but for the quality, it was acceptable.

The Usual offers a beautiful and exceptional stay with its completely new, modern, and well-thought-through accommodations. I was particularly impressed with the staff's friendly and kind service, making my experience even more enjoyable. The prices are currently very reasonable compared to what you receive for your stay, making it a great value for business travelers.
Room lighting was inadequate, making it difficult to see in some areas.

Excellent stay with a great atmosphere
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the fantastic use of design and sustainable materials. The friendly staff truly made our stay special and were knowledgeable about local restaurants and attractions.
